presently offering two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a further double futon in the lounge area.

Bedroom 1

Room 1 is a double room with a table, chair and a wall mounted hanging rail. The window looks out to the side of the property and the door opens onto the lounge area.

A wall mounted electric heater provides warmth for your comfort.

Bedroom 2

Room 2 is a slightly larger double room than Room 1. It has a table, large chest of drawers, a chair and wall mounted hanging rail.

Large open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area

There is a double futon in the lounge area which can be used for sleeping two further children or adults if required.

The kitc hen has a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, an electric oven and hob, a double sink and a dryer. Crockery and cutlery for 8 people as well as pots, pans and dish cloths are also available.
